Texture

For the texture book project I chose to go with the theme of "shades of blue." I the cover I introduced this blue theme, but also contrasted it with the beige flower sketch which I used again on the back of the book. The pages of the book featured different textures I created during class using ink, fabrics, paper, lace, pipe cleaners, plastic wrap, and cardboard. I really enjoyed this project because it allowed us to be a little more crafty and I like incorporating things with tactile qualities into my design.
