Color Assignment

Our assignment was to take a black and white image, crop and enlarge it, pick a color, and then recreate the image 3 times using that same color. Our final image was to include a black and white version of the picture, a reverse monochromatic, an analogous color harmony, and a complimentary color harmony. For my image, I used a face, cropped only to the open lips in a profile view. I chose a light blue as my original color. The analogous color harmony uses various shades of purples and blues. The complimentary color harmony uses orange and blue. The burnt orange, while slightly dulled, was complimentary color according to photoshop.
